Hi all, As you may know I have a problem with my sound card. Ok, I can listen CD and I guess mp3 but when I want to listen multicast session it doesn't work in my kernel I have device pcm $ dmesg | grep pcm pcm0: <Intel 82801BA (ICH2)> port 0xcc40-0xcc7f,0xc800-0xc8ff irq 10 at device 31.5 on pci0 pcm0: measured ac97 link rate at 55927 Hz $ cat /dev/sndstat FreeBSD Audio Driver (newpcm) Oct 4 2002 16:20:39 Installed devices: pcm0: <Intel 82801BA (ICH2)> at io 0xc800, 0xcc40 irq 10 (1p/2r/0v channels duplex) I'm running FreeBSD 4.5-RELEASE the problem occurs when I run sdr and when I used e.g. vat to listen audio I have: failed to select input failed to set mic volume failed set input line volume failed to output level 0 failed to select input failed to set mic volume failed set input line volume failed to output level 70 failed to output level 70 failed to set mic volume failed set input line volume so if someone has an idea a pointer ? maybe a better mailing-list I would be very happy ;-) Thanks for your attention, julien.bournelle@int-evry.fr To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
