Where I work (a newspaper in the Cleveland area), we /have/ to
use only one space after the end of each sentence in our news stories.
Of course, we use DOS XyWrite... It's just that sometimes it's hard
to know when I am not at work :)

Well, I remember hearing that rule since I was in grade school.
It actually makes a lot more sense than some other "rules" in
English, like not starting a sentence with "and", or not ending in a
preposition.

FWIW, I thnk we should stop worrying about how many WS following
sentences, and more about the TLAs and FLAs and wrds w/o vwls n thm that
some people in netspace use... Okay ppl??? :)
