Do you happen to have bind from ports installed with
PORT_REPLACES_BASE_BIND

The reason I ask this is because pkg_info should
print the following below if not found.

===>  Applying FreeBSD patches for firefox-1.5_2,1
pkg_info: no packages match pattern(s)
===>   firefox-1.5_2,1 depends on executable: zip - found

but your log does not show this.
