I've been always using it with GALLERY2DIR set to the place I want it to be installed and when I upgraded the port with the same settings I noticed that my gallery is unreachable via the old location. Then I removed the port and I noticed the plist was broken, too. I think it should be fixed somehow and should provide a way so that users can install it into custom places. E.g. we use a consistent naming scheme on our server, thus I want it to be installed into /usr/local/www/data/kovesdan.org/photos. With the current version of the port, the plist is registered according to this with GALLERY2DIR defined, but the files go to somewhere else. I haven't had time to investigate more yet.
