(I have never tried the module, but it is there.) After this, you will have a device cdX for every acdX. It is a SCSI device and will work with all of the SCSI CD and DVD ports like cdrtools (cdrecord) and dvd+rw-tools. camcontrol(8) will also work on the cd devices.
