Hi Luigi!

I tried to contact the URL you gave above,
but with no success at all :(

And I really could make good use of those
TCP patches, since I got as lossy a link
as anybody could possibly imagine :)

Is there another site that offers your 
patches ?

How about uploading them to Freefall ?
