  Log:
  Since udp_peeraddr() and udp_sockaddr() directly wrap in_setpeeraddr()
  and in_setsockaddr(), containing only stale comments on why they
  exist, remove them and initialize the protosw for UDP to directly
  reference in_setpeeraddr() and in_setsockaddr().
