Yes,

ctm-ports-cur is still available.

I use it all the time as I'm behind a firewall at work and cant
use cvsup.

Many people 'fell' off the mailing lists when the var filesystem
crashed on freefall (or was it some other machine) ?

You will probably have to re-subscribe.
