Well, I suppose most people feel anxious if following
message is displayed when running the program:

 % /usr/tmp/bin/gs -h
AFPL Ghostscript BETA RELEASE 8.10 (2003-05-21)
Copyright (C) 2003 artofcode LLC, Benicia, CA. All rights reserved.
 Usage: gs [switches] [file1.ps file2.ps ...]

And then, it's sure that the next non-beta version will be released
soon. We don't have to be in a hurry.
