https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=273838 Bug ID: 273838 Summary: bectl hold, to prevent destruction of a ZFS boot environment Product: Base System Version: Unspecified Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Keywords: feature Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: bin Assignee: fs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: grahamperrin@gmail.com CC: kevans@freebsd.org It should be possible for bectl(8) to place a hold on a boot environment. For a 'bectl destroy ⋯' command to _not_ destroy a held environment. (Not to prevent use of zfs-destroy(8).) Know the reason for a hold. Comparable to tagging with zfs-hold(8). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.help
