I am having a heck of a time trying to get FreeBSD 6.0 or 5.x installed on my HP Pavillion xv5320 (AMD 32-bit processor). When I get to the boot menu and choose any boot option (normal boot, safe mode, or without ACPI) it starts going, stops and powers down. I have found threads with similar situations, but none that have helped me thus far. If anyone has any ideas, please share. Thanks.home | help
