Part of the reason for me suggesting the possibility of tying it in with
FreshPorts is because he's already got an established userbase and I
don't think it would take much effort to get them to add a comment or
two to the ports they use/like.  Each port on FreshPorts already has the
version number.  It shouldn't be very hard to have the comments
timestamped and have a box for the version number the poster is using.
