            Bug ID: 261776
Summary: Document Co-authored-by in the Committer's Guide
           Product: Documentation
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Documentation
          Assignee: doc@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: 0mp@FreeBSD.org

When a commit has more than one author, we are encouraged to use
"Co-authored-by" to indicate that, e.g.,

    Co-authored-by: Mateusz Piotrowski <0mp@FreeBSD.org>

This should get documented.

Bonus points for adding it to the Git commit templates in all the trees.
