I am seriously confused.  Did the rest of us here all come in
somewhere in the middle of a long conversation, or what?  Needless to
say, I'm totally unable to make heads-or-tails of the attribution
nesting in the snippet of included text (it went 5 levels deep in the
middle!).

What's the summary here?  Is someone upset about a gated bug, a
FreeBSD bug or a little of both?  Background details please!  Thanks!
