This was discussed some time ago on freebsd-databases, and there is a web page around (URL is mentioned there) showing how to do it, but I don't have the URL here. A search of the freebsd-databases mailing list should turn it up quickly. Even with LINUX (at least WBEL) a number of RPMs have to be changed, and a number of kernel parameters have to also be changed from a stock install. Mike Squires
