Looks like sendmail has not been told to accept mail to "inis.com.mx".
Try change the line
Cwlocalhost
to
Cwlocalhost inis.com.mx
in /etc/mail/sendmail.cf (or /etc/sendmail.cf) and SIGHUP sendmail.
