I collected results for these commands with and without aio and collected
the results into the attachment. Lines marked with "AIO" or "NOAIO" at the
beginning were different. Lines indented five spaces were the same for
both.
The bus resets didn't seem to result in any change except that sometimes
the DVD node would disappeared from 'fwcontrol'. I think this was due to
the drive "sleeping" because opening and closing the tray before issuing
another 'fwcontrol -r' always worked to list the DVD drive in 'fwcontrol'.
