I don't know if this makes any difference or not, but this port
is already a part of the PostgreSQL v6.1 distribution (minor) but has
been renamed from pg95_perl5 to pgsql_perl5, and is at version 1.6.1,
which supposedly has some changes pertinent to v6.1
