Hi, Hope this isn't too dim a question. Am running STABLE ... tried to install KDE2. It compiled away for what seemed like hours, pulling down other files when necessary, and then exited normally (that is, both make and make install exited w/o errors). Trouble is, I can't find KDE2. Am trying to add it to one of my other wm menus. Maybe it's more accurate to say it isn't anywhere that makes sense. There's a whole lotta stuff under /usr/ports/x11/kdebase2/work/kdebase-2.2.2 ... including makefiles and config files galore. I'm sorta loath to go to that directory and type './configure', but that looks like what's supposed to happen. Did something go wrong here? It's the first time doing 'make' and 'make install' on a port hasn't seemed to complete the task for me.
