Same situtation with my Board - no $PIR table.

This is how it should look like (from an Asus T2P4):
npx0: <math processor> on motherboard
npx0: INT 16 interface
pcibios: BIOS version 2.10
Using $PIR table, 7 entries at 0xc00f09b0
pcib0: <Host to PCI bridge> at pcibus 0 on motherboard
