No idea how I didn't have that on there already. There will not be an option to disable BLAS. No matter how the option description is dressed to emphasise that the internal routines are slow as molasses, there will always be those who only see dependency reduction, then complain that numpy on FreeBSD is slow. exp-run will not be necessary as numpy 1 will go into a new port, with existing consumers moved over.
