I did that one manually because of the compression thing.  ftp-master t=
oo. =20
Being able to handle both compression variants is important now that th=
e=20
updated rsync packages are going out.

Note: I turned off ZLIB_BASE too or rsync gets very noisy on stdout/std=
err=20
since the compression workaround is baked into the built-in version of =
zlib.
