For that matter, one doesn't use a Submitted by: line when the code (or whatever) is your own. Also, for committers you don't append <email>, so this would have been just "Submitted by: bean", if you weren't bean. :-) The exact usage rules for this stuff aren't clarified and laid down anywhere that I know of, which is often a source of criticism by some. It's kind of assumed all the ins and outs of their usage are evident from their description on the commit message being edited (when you commit from Freefall). -- Daniel C.
