Updates how BLOCKSIZE is set when using -k. • df -k -P keeps using "1024" for
POSIX compatibility. • df -k now sets BLOCKSIZE to "1k" to match the
user-facing suffix format.

Submitting patch implementing the df -k linked to Bug 290710.
