I have the same card on a Shuttle Slot 1 PIII/733 system, works
perfectly, always has since I switched from 8.5 yrs of Linux to BSD 
at 4.4R. (I mention it's a Slot 1 since that tells you how old it
is, relatively speaking.... I don't think those have been made for a
few years.) This board's got a VIA chipset. I'll send dmesg.boot on
request but I don't want to spam the list with it.
