Since I don't feel like I want to mess around, I think I'll stay a.out another week or two and let the dust settle. :-) The question I have though, which isn't 100% clear to me: Converting to ELF means that "all" the system binaries, etc will be in ELF format. But if I have ports installed... like emacs, or xv, or whatever. Those will still be a.out... Will the ELF world still run a.out programs without problems?
