thanks for the hint. setting compat.linux.osrelease=3D2.4.2 works. :-) sett= ings compat.linux.osrelease=3D2.4.20 let's quake4 crash with the very same error message when using compat.linux.osrelease=3D2.6.16. unreal tournament 2004 also runs with compat.linux.osrelease=3D2.4.2. cheers. =2E.but this just makes it more obvious that the linuxulator is far from be= ing 100% compatible to the kernel version 2.6.
