src-cur and ports-cur never did go down.  Only cvs-cur had problems.  There is a 
time lag for the latest deltas to make it to the ftp sites.  Todays ports-cur 
and src-cur were only created an hour ago.  Probably the best ftp site for you 
to use is ftp.vmunix.org, because it gets its deltas directly from the computer 
that generates the deltas, updating every hour.
