Log:
Try and merge Garrett's fd.c newbus patches into the current fd driver.
This was rather painful. The FDC_YE stuff is wrong and non-functional
in this copy, it has not been touched. It will need redoing with the
pccard stuff anyway, so I've left it "for reference".
