>Which driver are you using? snd0 or pcm0?

for now I'm using snd0 (Luigi's sound driver).
The settings in my kernel config file look very
much like:

controller snd0
device sb0 at isa? port 0x220 irq 5 conflicts drq 1 vector sbintr
device sbmidi0 at isa? port 0x330
device sbxvi0 at isa? drq 5

but I'm not sure of the exact values (took this from some
other postings in the archives). Apparently, what worked
for someone else was:

controller pnp0
device pcm0 at isa? port ? tty irq 10 drq 1 flags 0x0 vector pcmintr

but that seems to completely remove the possibility of using
MIDI. I'm unsure what's possible with this card as of now
with all existing drivers. What I would like is multi-channel
WAV support (for games like Maelstrom) and MIDI support,
if possible. Also, I'd like to use X11Amp (which I haven't
tested yet in my current config).

Is this presently impossible with current drivers (i.e. until
creativelabs send the specs to Luigi) or are there a few
workarounds that can be done?

Thanks!

Manu
