After upgrading to 4.7S from 4.5 I now get the error;

(reason: 550 Unsafe for mailing to programs)

I receive fine from the outside world. It is only local mail that
bounces. the permissions for /usr/david and /usr/david/.forward
make no difference.
Any idea what is causing this?
