Greetings,

I've got some follow up to my problem with syslogd running at 95% CPU. =
I've got log entries in /var/log/messages that contain crap, as in:=20

Mar 31 10:14:22 basil /kernel: =
l09asfd09af3434ng0a0934j3409saa0sg09asf043r3q4l009<etc>

However, that isn't a real good representation of the message as it =
appears to be the entire ASCII set, with things I cannot reporduce on =
the keyboard. These appear when starting syslog from rc.conf or by hand =
with -d.

I CVSup'ed last night and just finished a make world, including new =
kernel. Same status.

-Rob
