Log:
Actually allocate the dma resourcs with the resource manager, and warn
if the irq or dma allocations fail. I think the memory and ports
settings need to be allocated too, but I'm not 100% sure that something
else isn't supposed to be doing this (or already is) so I'll leave it at
this for now.
