In fact, when I converted it over to a FreeBSD machine, all the users were wondering around exclaiming how it was running 10 times faster, eventhough it was the same hardware. It was some time ago that I did this, so I may have difficulty remembering the details. I converted from SCO to FreeBSD because SCO was failing due to a bug we had discovered but which SCO intended to do nothing about. FreeBSD didn't have the problem. Funny when an App runs better under a emulation environment in a different OS, than it does under its native OS. -- brian
