New committer: Diomidis D. Spinellis, Greece, dds@.
Dimidis will work on his PRs, among them a driver for some funky hardware,
improve our documentation both on a general and specific level. Besides
he has got some ideas how to improve certain libraries and clean up bitrot.
If I'm not mistaken he is the third committer in the ranks of an IOCCC
Winner besides Tony Finch and some other guy who shall remain nameless.
I will be his mentor.
