Hi there,

I have run FreeBSD 13.1 RELEASE, and the default shell is csh, which is tcsh
actually, I think. I have a Chinese input method, which could input emoji. The
problem is when I input an emoji, for example: 🥰 after the csh prompt, it
displayed as:

```
zjs@freebsd:~ % \U+1F970
🥰: Command not found.
```

The csh could display some emoji, for example: ❤️️

I have test the same input on the 44bsd-csh. It could give correct response.

Best,
Jinsong
