Thanks. I do understand windows can't create file with ':' in its name. But I don't want it to prevent the whole checkout process. I mean how can I skip these ':' files in the checkout? These files will be missing, it's OK. But if it stops, I can't get all the other files. I try to add a .cvsignore in this folder, but it doesn't work. I also try to add ignore list in the TortoiseCVS's preference dialog, it doesn't work either. Anything can I do to ignore these files, and get whole repository? > Date: Fri, 27 Jul 2007 00:47:51 +0800> From: delphij@delphij.net> To: iucgnaw@msn.com> CC: freebsd-chat@freebsd.org> Subject: Re: How to ignore files that have colon in their names, when CVS checkout.> > wang cui wrote:> > Hi,> > I am a windows user, when I use TortoiseCVS to checkout the latest > > FreeBSD src repository, it always failed at "src/usr.bin/window" module. > > Because there are some files with colon in their names, such as ":tt".> > So doesn't anyone got this problem?
