Someone may want to start a seperate thread on this one <g> I for 1 would subscribe since I just paid something close to those numbers for the Daemonnews hard copy mag that arrived in my mailbox yesterday, (nice quality, color). I'm guessing tho that you may have to start as a quarterly unless you got an influx of articles or how-tos.
