Could you please mail me a copy of the reformatted version? I think there are still a few typos hiding in the doc, and I also feel there are some things missing (like 'whats a rogue device?'). I'd appreciate to receive any comments you have (BTW is Julian reading this??). And when you are reformatting it, can you maybe try to find out why section numbering like 3.5.2 don't work in HTML? When formatted for ASCII they come out OK.
