Honestly, for asolution like this, I'd make some sort of homebrewed
software using snmpget and snmpgetnext. My SNMP book is at work, and I
don't feel like treading through a MIB database, but there are two field
(ifOperStatus and ifAdminStatus, in the public/interface tree) that I
think you should look into. One tells you want you want, the other is what
you get.
