This config works for me on my Ultra 10 with a german type5c-keyboard,
but you need one of the latest xorg-server-version from ports.

Section "InputDevice"
   Identifier "Keyboard0"
   Option "Protocol" "standard"
   Driver "kbd"
   Option "AutoRepeat" "500 30"
   Option "XkbRules" "sun"
   Option "XkbModel" "type5"
   Option "XkbLayout" "de"
EndSection
