Every 12.x machine in the freebsd.org cluster with ipmi on the motherboard now soft-reboots after exactly 420 seconds of uptime, without giving any clue as to why. Setting hw.ipmi.on="0" in loader.conf 'solves' it, but that's not exactly ideal.
