Log:
Flesh out the list of old-style drivers to use the compat wrappers. I
think this is complete. I used LINT's ioconf.c for base, and sorted
the sensitive_hw ones first and then maintained the probe order as
specified in GENERIC for the "non sensitive" net drivers.
