However, now, instead of being in several different places in the Handbook they are now in one article which can have a consistent URL which we can point people to. This article will appear on the CD as part of the regular documentation set. I'd also suggest tweaks to the release process to automatically install the text version of this file as /CREDITS or /CONTRIBUTORS in the same way that we currently have a /COPYRIGHT file.
