(This is just based on reading the man page of bge) Can you set sysctl dev.bge.1.forced_udpcsum=1 and then run ifconfig bge1 down ifconfig bge1 up and retry drill i.ua @193.34.20.4 from within the jail? Can you also using TCP from within the jail to some external host? Like ssh'ing from the jail to 193.34.20.4?
