MFC: Fix broken playback capabilities to prevent impending disaster.
The minimum / maximum speed was way too low / high!
minspeed = 2000 - is this for real ?
maxspeed = 767999 - is this for real ?????
Wrap everything into 8000 - 48000 boundary, just to be safe.
