One year ought to be long enough :) Historical evidence suggests there will be 5.6.1 *very* soon, and 5.6.2 shortly after that. Let's wait a couple of months before jumping on this vagon... :-) 5.6.0 will almost surely prove to have far too many problems to include it into FreeBSD source tree.
