Huh?  No.  The linux_lib port is ELF:

j@uriah 251% file /compat/linux/lib/libc.so.5.3.12
/compat/linux/lib/libc.so.5.3.12: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1

This is the linux_lib-2.3 port.
