Of course, they only appear to be Windoze disks, so I am sure there are better things you could do with them.... :-) Instead of dmesg (although dmesg is a good tip off that _something_ is not working correctly...), what does this command report: camcontrol devlist -v This command will report every SCSI device that it sees. If your Jazz drive isn't reported by this command, you have a more basic problem, probably dealing with cableing, termination, addressing or power.
