    Abstract UIO allocation and deallocation.
    
    Introduce the allocuio() and freeuio() functions to allocate and
    deallocate struct uio. This hides the actual allocator interface, so it
    is easier to modify the sub-allocation layout of struct uio and the
    corresponding iovec array.
